After receiving the order, we will send you a calculation of residence indicating the account number to send a deposit of 3-5.000CZK by type of residence. We will confirm advance received e-mail together with the date of stay. The deposit is refundable in case of cancellation by the client, ensuring new client to the same extent. Upon arrival accommodation additional payment paid accommodation and principal 2.000CZK refundable upon handover of the apartment tidy without any defects.

Payment and cancellation conditions:
* The advance while booking the stay - 50% of the price up to a maximum 5.000Kč (Christmas and New Year's Eve at 50%)
* Cancellation of stay more than 1 month before your date - paid deposit is refundable only in case of securing a new client at least to the same extent.
* Cancellation of stay 1 month to 14 days before arrival - 75% of the price
* Cancellation of stay from 14 days to 1 week before arrival - 90% of the price
* Cancellation of stay 7 days or less before arrival - 100% of the price
* Upon arrival at the apartment had be paid also a supplement 2.000Kč return principal at the handover of the keys, discount cards and tidy apartment without defects.
